This site is for shareholders of Hudson Terrace Owners Corp to reserve the grill areas near the clubhouse. 

Please note:

• Shareholders are allowed to have two reservations on the calendar at any one time - any additional reservations will be cancelled. 
• There is a 4 hour max for any reservation.
• Shareholder must be in attendance with guests.
• Use of the grill areas requires that your account be in good standing. Any shareholders with a balance will not have access to the area and their reservation will be cancelled. 
• All rules posted in the area and set in the house rules will be strictly enforced.
